The Hip Thrust Belt inSPORTline Hiptra is the perfect training aid for anyone who wants to effectively strengthen the glutes, thighs, and core without large or complicated machines. Thanks to the reinforced main section and the sturdy main strap with a buckle, it can be used either traditionally around the waist or as a weight carrier that can easily be placed over the legs or shoulders. The belt is compatible with dumbbells, weight plates, and kettlebells, allowing you to adjust the load to your individual needs.
Stability during exercise is ensured by two side Velcro straps that keep the weight firmly in place. The adjustable circumference allows the belt to adapt to different body types. The durable material can handle heavier loads, up to 60 kg.
Tips for effective strengthening: During hip thrusts, focus on slow, controlled lowering and a strong glute squeeze at the top of the movement. The belt can also be used for glute bridges, lunges, or as additional resistance during squats. Alternate heavier weights with fewer repetitions and lighter weights with longer time under tension—this combination makes training more effective and sustainable in the long run.
