Warranty Terms

All products come with a 24-month manufacturer's warranty.

The warranty does not cover defects or any resulting damage caused by:

• Normal wear and tear, accidents, cosmetic damage;

• Improper use or negligence;

• Power surges, short circuits, or incorrect voltage usage;

• Inadequate or improper maintenance (including failure to clean heads, internal compartments, or user-accessible filters);

• Infestations by insects, parasites, or viruses;

• Incorrect or incomplete software installation;

• Failure to follow user instructions, including overuse or overloading beyond specified limits;

• Use for purposes other than those intended for the product;

• Exposure to moisture, extreme temperature conditions, or sudden temperature changes; corrosion, oxidation, food or liquid spills, chemical damage, or use of unsuitable or leaking batteries;

• Unauthorized repairs outside of SIA “Metausta” or an authorized service center;

• Use of unapproved parts or materials not manufactured, supplied, or approved by SIA “Metausta”, or issues caused by third-party software, operating system errors, or configuration issues;

• Malfunctions or damage caused by natural disasters (e.g., fire, lightning, flooding, earthquakes), power issues, unforeseen accidents, or any other external factors beyond the control of the manufacturer, the seller, or the authorized service center.
