Apraksts

PST HMS are slam balls. Designed for intensive exercises involving dynamic throwing to the floor. The right choice of the external material and a sand inside make that the ball does not bounce. Slam training perfectly engages the whole motor system, it develops fitness, endurance and, what is crucial in this case, it promotes an explosive power. This type of training proves itself in every sport discipline that requires speed and high muscle power it is an ideal offer for martial arts players. The ball is very durable and waterproof so it enables workouts in the field, and the special piping located throughout the ball prevents it from slipping out of your hands. This provides great comfort during the workout and it increases precision of moves. Apart from the slam training the balls are also great for warming up exercises, as well as those strengthening the entire body. PST HMS balls are available at 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 15, 20, 25, 30 kg.
