E-Scooter City Boss RS250

The E-Scooter City Boss RS250 was designed for city traffic. Thanks to its light and compact frame, it’s ideal for riding to work or school. Boasting a sophisticated folding mechanism, the scooter can be folded up/unfolded within 2 seconds. And with a collapsed length of 108 cm and an extremely low weight of only 11.3 kg, you can easily carry it into an elevator, pop it into the trunk of your car, bring it onto a train or the subway, or store it at home or in your garage.

The 250W, maintenance-free drive is suitable for riders weighing up to 120 kg; and if the road is too steep, you can help the scooter up by pushing off the ground. Thanks to its low deck (14.5 cm) and low engine resistance, you can easily get to your destination even when the battery dies. By pushing a button on the touch screen, you can switch between 4 max speed modes – 6, 10, 20 and 25 km/h. When you turn the scooter on, the mode that was last in use is active.

The 5.2 Ah Li-Ion battery recharges to full capacity in 4 hours. All you have to do is plug the portable power supply adaptor in a 220V socket. During normal operation, the scooter’s distance range on a single charge is 15 km. However, the distance range can differ as it depends on the user’s weight, terrain profile, riding style, outside temperature, etc. Since the scooter is waterproof and dustproof (it meets the IP65 standard), not even unexpected rainfall is going to stop you.

You can follow all the important information like battery status, current speed and distance covered on an LCD screen. You can turn on the battery-powered front and rear lights by pushing a touch button on the screen. And when you need to stop the scooter, you can use either the rear disc brake or the front dual e-brake to do so.

For safety reasons, the recommended age for using this scooter is 14 years and over. The 8.5”, reinforced inflatable wheels can easily deal with an uneven surface, and will safely get you to your final destination, without you having to worry about a flat tire. Battery storage and maintenance: We recommend storing the battery (or the entire product including the battery) in a shady, dry place at temperatures between 10 ° C and 20 ° C. If you do not intend to use the product for a long time, we recommend charging the battery and recharging it to 100% capacity at least once a month. Follow these guidelines to prevent the battery's nominal capacity from declining rapidly over its lifetime.

The expected maximum range is fundamentally dependent on a variety of conditions. Some of these factors include speed selection, rider's weight, type terrain, wind, tire pressure and its pattern, and ambient temperature. All ranges are for optimal conditions. Optimal or ideal conditions are: use of economical riding mode, flat terrain without headwind, ambient temperature 20 ° C, profile-free tires inflated to the recommended pressure, following  the recommended load capacity specified by the manufacturer. You will also get the best range if you help the scooter by bouncing, for example when starting off or uphill.
