Fully functional Power Rack with Chin-bar, 2 sets of bar catchers and safety spotters. Adjustments are by means of a pop-pin system and in small increments of 2". Laser etched numbers on the inside of the 4 uprights make it easy to place your catchers and set spotters.

Functional front

Dual Front adjustable swivel pulleys with 23 positions in height. Adjust the height of the pulley by simply loosening the pop-pin and slide the pulley to your desired position. The laser etched numbering on the inside of each upright takes care that both pulleys are set at the same height.

Lat Pull and Low Pulley section

This is another handy extension and is specially designed for individuals who want to pay more attention to the back as well want to have access to a low pulley. Exercises that makes this possible include Lat Pulley (front, rear), Rowing, Biceps Curl, Triceps Curl etc. The total width of the F430 including Lat-Low Pulley is 160 cm. At the back of the RFT are Dual Independent Low Pulleys. This station is ideal for Rows, Bicep Curls, Ab exercises, etc.

High Pulley

The RFT has dual independent swivel high pulleys mounted at the top rear of the rack. These can be used in combination with the included lat bar or some handles. Work on your shoulders, back, arms and more!
