With the Rowing Machine inSPORTline ZenRow, you can work on your fitness while watching your favorite show on Netflix! Thanks to the modern touch screen, you can use a variety of programs and enhance your workout with lifestyle apps! What’s more, you can add variety to your workout by using fitness apps, and row in virtual reality or while watching a video from the other side of the world.

This machine is not just about the apps, though! It boasts as many as 36 preset programs, including an HRC program that will help you stay in the optimal heart rate zone. Then there are performance programs, which are divided into 3 levels – beginner, medium and advanced. The really tough users can use the F-Plus level, which allows you to add one more resistance level to the final, 24th one.

Another great feature of this rower is its long, 130-cm rail, which provides enough room for users up to 210 cm in height. Boasting a max load capacity of 150 kg, the machine is suitable for both gym and home use. But wait, there’s more. You can also pair the bike not only with a heart rate monitor but also the popular fitness app Kinomap. As a result, you will have all training data at your fingertips!

Thanks to the air-magnetic resistance adjustment, you can choose from as many as 24 resistance levels. And if that’s no enough for you, there’s the special F-Plus feature, which allows you to add three more resistance levels (low, medium, high).

The high-quality frame boasts a max load capacity of 150 kg. To make your workout as comfortable as possible, you can adjust the length of the pedals to fit the size of your feet. The rowing handle is easy to grip, and features split ends to make sure it doesn’t slip out of your hands even during the most intense of workouts. An ultra-long, 130-cm rail is the icing on the cake. 

App for Every Occasion

What makes this rowing machine unique is that you can connect it not only to fitness apps but also to streaming services like Netflix, Spotify or Amazon Prime. Those can be opened right on the touch screen – all you need is Wi-Fi connection. Fitness apps are paired with your smart device, which you can place into its designated holder (tablet/smartphone). The Kinomap app allows you to preset a virtual route anywhere in the world through amazing videos.
