rollholz Yoga Block
The yoga block is the ideal support for all yoga exercises that still pose a bit of a challenge. It acts as a kind of extension of your arms and legs, shortening the distance to the floor or yoga mat. It is also perfectly suited as an aid for mobilization, stabilization, or strength exercises.
Whether used flat or upright, our yoga blocks - thanks to the natural material wood - provide the necessary stability. They are robust, dimensionally stable, and, being made of 100% solid wood, also easy to care for and hygienic.
- Stable all-rounder for yoga practice or functional strength training
- Ideal for supporting or intensifying asanas in yoga practice or as an aid in strength training
- A pleasant and warm feel on the skin thanks to the natural material wood
- 100% natural and fully biodegradable
- Handmade in Germany from FSC-certified wood
- The best alternative to a cork or plastic yoga block
