The NOHRD WeightBench is designed for every kind of barbell and dumbbell training: an elegant weight bench made of solid wood with sanded contours and superior stability. This training bench makes a statement of strength and precision in any gym.
The frame of the WeightBench is crafted from high-quality, hard-wearing solid wood, while the seat and lying surfaces are handcrafted in genuine or synthetic leather for a refined design aesthetic.
The dynamic seat and backrest adjust into up to eight positions for a wide variety of exercises, allowing the bench to be tailored to your height and enabling all-round dumbbell training. Ergonomically shaped padding offers optimal support up beyond shoulder height, while the height adjustment at the front of the seat ensures a firm hold when lifting heavier weights.
With a lying surface of up to 90 x 32 cm, a seat of 39 x 30 cm and a seat height of 44 cm, the bench offers well-balanced proportions. A maximum user weight of 400 kg including weights makes it the perfect partner for the bench press and other demanding barbell exercises. Overall dimensions are 135 x 35 x 44 cm and it weighs 20 kg.
