By adding the Newton Fitness CSR-5000-FR Footplate to your Newton Fitness CSR-5000 Smith Machine you can perform Seated Rows, an indispensable exercise for the back muscles. You can simply attach the base plate to the device, set the pulley of the station on the lowest level and then perform the exercise. You can use different handles for this.
The foot plate has a profile for a good grip and can be tilted downwards, so you do not have to attach and remove the foot plate every time.
