The Newton Fitness Commercial Multi Bench for CMR can be used in combination with the CMR series racks from Newton Fitness. The bench can be attached to one side of your rack, allowing you to comfortably perform Lat Pull Downs, Seated Rows, and possibly other exercises.
You can easily adjust the bench to different positions, so you can adopt the correct posture for various exercises. The Leg-Lock with sturdy cushions at the front can be set at different heights and prevents you from moving upwards during the Lat Pulldown exercise. The bench is solid, comfortable, easy to use, and a valuable addition to your rack.
Note: If you want to perform the Seated Rows exercise, it is recommended to purchase the Newton Fitness Commercial
Multi Functional Plate for CMR.
