The BodyCraft F610 Biceps Curl is specially designed to be connected to the BodyCraft F320, F602 and F605 adjustable weight benches (as long as the F605 is equipped with the F615 attachment). By means of this extension the possibility arises to perform an exercise as the preacher curl; an ideal exercise for the biceps!
The height of the cushion can be easily and quickly adjusted with the help of a pop-pin system, which ensures an optimal training position can be obtained. The pillow itself feels firm and comfortable. If you want to train with a barbell, you can place it on the holder of the BodyCraft F610. You can also set these in different heights with a pop-pin system. If you perform an exercise with a dumbbell, you can also lower or if necessary remove the holder. The BodyCraft F610 is of high quality as you are used to from BodyCraft and you will not disappoint!
