The BodyCraft Cable Pull Station normally offers a 1:4 and 1:2 weight ratio, which means you actually lift a quarter or half of the weight stack. With the BodyCraft Cable Pull Station 1:2 Ratio Kit, you can adjust these weight ratios to 1:2 and 1:1, allowing you to get the maximum out of the weight stack. If you use 1 pulley, the ratio is 1:2, and if you connect both pulleys together, the ratio is 1:1.
The kit is easy to install and can also be applied after purchasing the BodyCraft Cable Pull Station by replacing a few parts with the kit.
