Note:
To keep the flask hot for the time recommended by the manufacturer, warm the inside of the flask by pouring in boiling water, let it stand for a few minutes, then pour it out and immediately add the prepared hot food.
To keep the food from cooling too quickly, the inner container must be filled completely to the top so that no air gaps remain.
