The ST03 is a modern stair climber designed for intensive cardio training in fitness clubs, gyms and functional training zones. The machine combines high calorie-burning efficiency, advanced electronics and a robust commercial-grade construction, meeting the expectations of both users and facility owners.
Intense cardio training with low joint impact
The ST03 stair climber by HMS Fitness enables highly effective training of the lower body – legs, glutes and core muscles. Compared to treadmills, it offers reduced joint stress while maintaining very high energy expenditure. A speed range from 28 to 168 steps per minute and 20 resistance levels allow precise adjustment of workout intensity – from steady cardio to demanding interval training.
Large 18.5” LED console – full workout control
Equipped with a 18.5” LED console, the machine ensures excellent data readability even during intense exercise. The console displays key training parameters such as:
- Time,
- Number of steps,
- Calories burned,
- Distance,
- Heart rate
This gives users full control over their workout and enables effective progress monitoring.
Advanced training modes and programs
The stair climber offers a wide range of pre-set training programs that automatically adjust exercise intensity. Available programs include:
- Fat Burn – focused on efficient fat burning,
- Mountain Climb – simulating climbing with variable intensity,
- Hill Interval – dynamic interval training with changing resistance,
- Target (time / distance / calories) – goal-oriented training that ends automatically once the target is reached,
- Cooldown – gradual recovery after exercise.
These programs allow workouts to be tailored to specific fitness and performance goals.
Multimedia entertainment – Bluetooth and built-in speakers
The equipment features Bluetooth connectivity and built-in speakers, enabling users to play their favorite music directly from a smartphone or other mobile device. Music during training increases motivation, enhances comfort and helps maintain a steady pace, making even long cardio sessions more enjoyable and engaging.
User safety and comfort
The HMS ST03 stair climber has been designed with maximum safety in mind:
- step positioning sensor locks the bottom step in its lowest position for easy entry and exit,
- emergency stop button allows immediate workout interruption,
- sweat-resistant construction improves durability and hygiene,
- heart rate sensors in the handles enable quick pulse measurement,
- multi-functional handrails ensure a stable and ergonomic training position.
Intelligent LED status lighting
The HMS ST03 is equipped with LED status lighting that clearly indicates the machine’s operating status. Blue light signals standby mode, red light indicates an alarm state, and green light confirms normal operation. This solution enhances safety and emphasizes the machine’s modern, professional design.
Durable drive system for commercial use
The HMS ST03 commercial stair climber features a synchronized chain and belt drive system, ensuring smooth, quiet and reliable operation even during intensive, long-hour use. It is an ideal choice for commercial environments where durability and reliability of cardio equipment are essential.
