The Face Massager inSPORTline Milva will become your indispensable helper. Although it may not seem so at first glance, the two patterned round heads can properly massage the skin and thus relax not only the muscles but also the mind. The Milva massager has two functions – high-frequency vibration with a frequency of 8,000 RPM, which improves blood circulation; and Electrical Muscle Stimulation (EMS), which uses electrical impulses to stimulate the muscles, not only providing an effective massage but also increasing skin elasticity and smoothing out skin imperfections.
The two 3D roller heads suck the skin in and massage the muscles under it. As a result, the muscles are relaxed and the tissues are perfused. At the same time, pressing/pulling upwards raises the contours of the face. With a regular massage, we can achieve, among other things, firmer skin and milder swelling. Its construction makes the Milva device suitable for massaging medium and large muscles – face, neck, arms, calves, thighs, hips. How to use
Apply oil, cream or other cosmetic product to the skin and rub it thoroughly with your palms. Turn the device on by pressing the button on the bottom. Both functions are preset to the lowest level. By pressing the +/- buttons, you can adjust the intensity. If you want to use just one of the functions, press the “M” button repeatedly, choose either EMS or VIB and then adjust the intensity.
Do not put too much pressure on the roller, the massage is supposed to feel good! If you want to start with a facial massage, massage from the center of the chin, moving to the jaw up to the ear. Repeat at least 5 times and then move to the other part of the face. Make sure you always move the roller upwards. You can then continue to your lips, where you just cross your lips from right to left. Then place the roller with one massage head to the corner of your mouth and the other should reach the edge of your nose. Here again, massage up to the ear by pulling on the cheekbone. As for the area under the eyes, try to change the massage pressure from nose to ear. Again, follow the “upwards” rule. Massage the eyebrow area with pressure from the base of the nose. As a final step, pay attention to the forehead, which is often a problematic part due to the higher formation of sweat and subsequent clogging of the pores. Start massaging the forehead from the base of the nose upwards. You can pull back to the base of the nose. Continue this way to the sides of the forehead. In the same way, you can massage any part of the body, such as the neck, arms, stomach, breasts, hips, calves. Since the massage heads are quite large, you can massage even the larger muscles, such as thighs. After the massage, clean the heads with a cosmetic towel.
Our tip: When pressing, try to keep the device more perpendicular to the skin, and vice versa, when pulling, almost place the device on the skin.
