Want to learn a new exercise or improve your technique? The 2.5 kg technique plates are as high as the Pivot Fitness Bumper plates and therefore ideal as a starting weight to improve your technique, for example for the deadlift or stiff leg deadlift.
- Low starting weight to improve your technique
- Same diameter as the Pivot Fitness Bumper Plates
- Perfect to combine with the Pivot Fitness Technique bar
You can also use the 2.5 kg technique plates in combination with heavier bumper plates to be able to make small steps forward in weight. This is of course also possible with even smaller steps with the Pivot Fitness Micro Plates.
Note: The technique plates are only suitable for improving your technique and not for dropping the bar when only
the 2.5 kg plates are on the bar.
