The Rowing Machine inSPORTline ZenRow 30 strikes the perfect balance between performance, comfort, and modern technology. Thanks to its silent magnetic braking system, electronically controlled resistance, and built-in generator, you can enjoy your workout anywhere – no power cords, no noise. The machine features 32 resistance levels, a rotating intuitive control panel with a display, and smart app connectivity – all in a sleek, foldable frame that saves space and fits perfectly in any home.
Smooth stroke, smart resistance control, and maximum comfort
The inSPORTline ZenRow 30 uses a magnetic braking system with a 1:4 gear ratio and a 2kg flywheel, delivering a smooth, natural, and quiet rowing motion. Thanks to electronically adjustable resistance, the machine automatically adapts to the selected workout program (in the Kinomap app), enhancing both efficiency and comfort during rowing.
A major advantage is the built-in generator, which produces its own power during exercise and charges the integrated battery – allowing the machine to work entirely without needing to be plugged in. The long, 116cm track ensures a comfortable workout for most users, while the transportation wheels and low weight make it easy to move around.
Smart technology for better results
The rotating control knob with a display clearly shows all key workout metrics – stroke rate, resistance, stroke count, speed, time, distance, calories burned and time per 500 m. The machine supports Bluetooth and analog chest strap connectivity, enabling heart rate-based training and real-time performance tracking. With a tablet holder, you can enjoy your favorite movie or app during your workout.
Compact and stylish
When you're done exercising, simply fold the machine and store it under the bed or lean it against the wall – in its folded horizontal position, it’s only 35 cm high, so it easily fits into smaller spaces. The elegant design and high-quality craftsmanship make the inSPORTline ZenRow 30 not only a practical fitness machine but also a stylish addition to your home gym. With a 150kg load capacity and stable construction, it's suitable for a wide range of users looking for an efficient and modern way to stay in shape.
