The Kroon Push-Up Bars give you a more extensive training than the standard push-up exercises. A major advantage is that the handles rotate, thereby your arms rotate in a natural way during push-ups. In addition, your body is higher off the ground, you can therefor do deeper push-ups. The exercise is not only more intense but also a lot more effective.
Turning the Push-Up Bars ensures that your muscles train more. Thus the chest, arm, shoulder and back muscles are trained more. The natural motion also ensures that you are experiencing less stress on your wrists and elbows.
The Push-Up Bars are equipped with an anti-slip layer so you can not slip during your exercise. The handles are also made of rubber which gives you a good grip. You will also get an exercise poster with various exercises plus a training program.
