DD500 DOORWAY PULL-UP BAR WITH QUADRUPLE SUPPORT AND COUNTER 77-95 HMS
The DD500 is an advanced tension-mounted pull-up bar from HMS Fitness — equipped with a quadruple stabilisation system and an integrated rep counter that automatically registers every pull-up. Designed for demanding users, it guarantees maximum safety and full training control.
Quadruple support – the highest level of stability
The DD500 uses a unique system of four independent support points, working as a multi-directional stabiliser. The four large support zones provide:
- greater contact surface with the door frame,
- higher friction force,
- minimised shocks and shifting,
- stability even during dynamic repetitions.
This design ensures maximum safety — the greater the pressure, the stronger the bar wedges into place.
Integrated rep counter – smart training
The DD500 features a built-in counter that automatically tracks each pull-up. It is the perfect solution for users who want to:
- monitor progress,
- track training sets precisely,
- train more efficiently and consciously.
The counter is wireless, motion-activated, and requires no additional setup.
Safety lock – mortise & tenon technology
Stability is ensured by a modern, one-way locking system. The mortise & tenon mechanism allows tightening the bar but prevents accidental loosening in the opposite direction. This solution offers a much higher safety level than traditional expansion locks.
Anti-slip foot pads with tri-zone texture
The four soft anti-slip pads feature:
- a dense triangular pattern,
- high elasticity,
- a large contact surface with the frame.
They provide what a stable tension-mounted pull-up bar needs — secure grip without damaging the door frame.
Reinforced multi-layer steel – load capacity up to 200 kg
The core of the DD500 is a telescopic, multi-layer steel structure with increased thickness. It ensures:
- a maximum load of 200 kg,
- resistance to deformation,
- high structural rigidity,
- stable support even with additional weight.
Comfortable and adjustable to your space
- Length adjustment range: 77-95 cm — ideal for wide and solid frames.
- Thick foam handles provide a firm and comfortable grip.
- An integrated level helps position the bar perfectly straight.
Drill-free installation – fast and safe
The DD500 is mounted solely by tension. No screws, no tools required. Simply extend the bar, set the desired length and lock the mechanism. Protective pads prevent scratching the frame.
Ideal for full-body home training
The DD500 is perfect for:
- classic pull-ups,
- overhand and underhand pull-ups,
- Australian pull-ups,
- abdominal exercises,
- static hangs and stretching.
It is a complete pull-up bar for users who expect both stability and smart functionality.
