The front uprights feature numbering so you can quickly return to your preferred height. Both components are also equipped with rubber strips to protect both the barbell and the rack.
Smith Machine connected to weight stacks
The Smith Machine bar has a special feature: you can connect both weight stacks of the machine directly to the bar. This works quickly and easily and eliminates the need to handle loose plates. If desired, you can still place Olympic weight plates on the bar for additional load. The Smith Machine provides a very smooth movement, and thanks to the safety spotters you can always train to your limits safely. The total length of the bar is 192 cm, with a loading capacity of 30 cm on each side.Functional Trainer with ratio 1:2 or 1:1
On the sides of the station are height-adjustable and pivoting pulleys. These allow you to perform exercises such as chest flys, biceps curls, triceps pushdowns, and rear delt flys. The standard ratio is 1:2, but by connecting both pulleys on each side, you can change the ratio to 1:1. This means the maximum actual weight per side increases from 45 kg to 90 kg, making the machine perfect for both beginners and advanced users.
High Pulley and Low Pulley
The FSM-700 is also equipped with a High Pulley and Low Pulley system in the center of the station. The High Pulley is ideal for lat pulldowns, while the Low Pulley allows exercises such as seated rows — both essential for back development. Both the High and Low Pulley consist of two pulleys positioned close together and can be connected using the included dual pulley connectors. When both pulleys are used simultaneously, the ratio is 1:1.Weight Stack 2 × 90 kg
The station comes standard with two weight stacks of 90 kg each. These provide resistance for the various pulleys and the Smith Machine. Each stack is divided into 20 weight plates. With the magnetic pin, you can select the desired weight in seconds.
