BodyCraft F430 Power Rack

The BodyCraft Power Rack is specially designed for the most demanding athlete who likes to push the body to the limit. It is a Power Rack that allows many exercises and provides a workout for the entire body.

The almost infinitely adjustable spotters (supports) can be set quickly and easily in 23 positions. The spotters have a small J-hook along the outside which makes it possible to train outside the rack. The J-hooks can be mounted on the front or rear posts. All J-hooks and spotters are equipped with a rubber strip to protect your rack and barbell.

If you use the Power Rack in combination with an (Olympic) barbell, a bench and associated weights, there are large number of exercises at your disposal. Think squats, military press, bench press, standing calf raise and more. The Power Rack has a modular structure, you can easily expand it with additional stations. The big advantage is more functionality yet space-saving.

The F430 Power Rack can be expanded in various ways:

F431 High & Low pulley

This is a handy space-saving extension to bring a pulley into your home. This extension has a high pulley, perfect for lat pulldowns and triceps exercises. A low pulley, ideal for doing seated rows, biceps exercises, side raises and much more. This plate loaded pulley is suitable for 30 mm and 50 mm discs. If desired, an F200 weight stack can also be added.

F434 Cable cross attachment

With the F434 extension you can add a complete cable cross to the Power Rack. This expansion includes two high pulleys, two low pulleys and is plate loaded, compatible with 30 mm and 50 mm discs. The cable cross is perfect to work the pecs, arm muscles, training the back muscles and the hip muscles. In addition to being an excellent addition to your fitness room, this combination is also space-saving. This can be mounted on the F430 in combination with the F431.

F438 RFT option

The F438 RFT is the most comprehensive option for the F430 rack. With this you get a very functional trainer + a dual high/low pulley station that is incorporated in a Power Rack. This option contains 2 weight stacks of 90 kg each (ratio 1:2) a double high pulley, double low pulley and two height adjustable swivel pulleys with 23 positions. This option comes with a dual lat bar, straight bicep bar, ankle strap and two chains. Note: This option cannot be used in combination with the F431 and/or F434.

By replacing the standard supplied Chin-up Bar of the F430 with the F436, you can choose from three different grip positions. This way you can vary more between your pull-up exercises.

The dip option on the BodyCraft Power Rack is ideal for training the chest & triceps.

BodyCraft F433 Bar Catcher Set

You can add an extra Bar Catcher Set to the BodyCraft Power Rack. Very useful if you want to vary positions between the front and rear posts (not compatible with F438 RFT option).
