LTS25 LAT PULLDOWN SEAT HMS

LTS25 LAT PULLDOWN SEAT HMS

The LTS25 from HMS Fitness is an ergonomic LAT SEAT training seat that allows you to fully engage your back, shoulder and abdominal muscles during overhead lift exercises. Equipped with a special thigh lock, it provides stability during your workout, allowing you to fully focus on your exercise technique.

Stability

Thanks to its robust construction and high-quality materials, the LTS25 is resistant to wear and tear and intensive use. The thigh lock effectively stabilises the lower body, which is particularly important when working with heavier loads. This allows you to maintain correct posture and safety during exercise, minimising the risk of injury and ensuring the precision of every movement.

Versatility of use

The seat has been designed for users who want to expand their training atlas with additional capabilities. Thanks to its compact design and convenient assembly, the seat allows you to tailor your training to your individual needs. It is an excellent choice for those looking to increase the effectiveness of their weight training on the lift.
