Description

The BodyCraft MFT Multi Functional Trainer combines all the benefits of a functional trainer and a home gym into a compact and sleek machine. It comes equipped with an adjustable arm for chest press exercises, a seat with a leg extension station, a high pulley and low pulley, two height-adjustable pulleys on each side, and a pull-up bar. Additionally, it can be optionally expanded with a leg press, giving you a complete home gym at your disposal. The machine uses a weight stack as resistance, which is quick and easy to adjust. The BodyCraft MFT is a perfect solution if you want to train your whole body in a limited space while valuing comfort!

Adjustable Arm with Multi-Grip

In the center of the machine, you'll find an adjustable arm with a multi-grip handle that allows for various exercises. You can perform chest presses, and thanks to the different grips, target different parts of the chest. The arm can be adjusted to various angles, enabling workouts for shoulders and back muscles in multiple ways.

High Pulley and Low Pulley

Equipped with a standard high and low pulley, you can perform essential back exercises such as lat pulldowns (high pulley) and seated rows (low pulley). The handles can be easily swapped for variety. The seat can be removed for better access to the low pulley.

Functional Trainer

The station includes two height-adjustable, rotating pulleys for cable exercises, effectively functioning as a functional trainer. You can do exercises such as chest flys, rear delt flys, bicep curls, and more. BodyCraft’s high-quality pulleys ensure smooth movement.

Leg Extension

The seat features a leg extension station. The cable connects to the weight stack for resistance. Besides leg extensions, you can also do standing leg curls.

90 kg Weight Stack

The BodyCraft MFT uses a 90 kg weight stack. When using the adjustable arm, high pulley, or low pulley, the resistance ratio is 1:1, meaning you lift the selected weight. The outer adjustable pulleys operate at a 1:2 ratio, giving an effective resistance of 45 kg per pulley.

Included Accessories

It includes: 2 single handles, 1 lat bar, 1 curl bar, 1 triceps rope, 1 ankle strap, 1 long bar with 2 eyelets, 1 short bar with 1 eyelet, 1 squat pad, 1 belt with 2 hooks, and 2 chains. These can be neatly stored on the back of the machine.

Optional Leg Press

You can optionally add a leg press attachment for intense leg workouts. It can be mounted on either side of the station.
