The frame is built stronger than on other types of bicycles and designed for the best possible off-road capability. The geometry can be selected to achieve optimal stability or maneuverability.
The material is aluminium, the most widely used. It is lighter than steel and stronger than carbon fibre, used in the production of various types of bicycles, and offers the best price-to-weight ratio.
This aluminium mountain bike rides on 27.5" wheels with a spring suspension fork and comes with a 3x7 gear system using Shimano Tourney derailleurs (rear TY-200GS, front TZ-500) for a wide range of ratios. Stopping power is provided by hydraulic disc brakes (LOGAN HDB, 160 mm rotors). The bike weighs about 18.5 kg, comes in black, and the 17" (44 cm) frame is recommended for riders 170–185 cm tall.
