Use: Before use, cleanse your skin with a suitable product, such as a facial toner. Place the mask on your face and secure it in place so it sits snugly but not too tight. Before putting the mask on, select the lowest intensity setting to prevent sensitive skin reactions. Select the LED light color, intensity, and treatment duration—then simply relax and let the mask do its work. After the session, you can apply any moisturizing cream or serum!
The recommended operating time is 20 minutes a day. If you want to use the mask more than once in a single day, make sure there’s at least a 10-minute break between sessions. The recommended session time is between 10 and 20 minutes. Ideally, use the mask 2–3 times a week. After the first month of intensive therapy, switch to using the device once or twice a month to maintain its beneficial effects.
