For sharpening, it uses a round aluminum ceramic rod, which is perfect for sharpening virtually any type of steel and blade. The medium gr it allows you to pre-sharpen your knife and sharpen it quickly, so it is the optimal choice for a stand-alone whetstone.
There are rubber caps on the ends of the rod, which allow you to hold the whetstone firmly between your thumb and forefinger.
Weighing only 21 g, we can attach the whetstone to the keys with a ball chain, so it can accompany us not only on a trip, but also in urban activities.
