This Opinel kitchen knife set brings together four essential tools for everyday food preparation, each finished with a handle made from hornbeam wood in a different colour - grey, green, orange and pink - making it easy to keep track of which knife is used for what. The set includes the Opinel 115 peeler, the Opinel 114 fruit and vegetable knife, the Opinel 113 knife with a serrated blade and the Opinel 112 knife with a smooth blade.
All blades are made from stainless steel hardened to 55-57 HRC, giving them high corrosion resistance and a durable, long-lasting edge. The handles measure 98 mm in length and are crafted from PEFC-certified hornbeam wood, offering a comfortable and secure grip during use.
Thanks to their versatile blade shapes, the knives are suitable for a wide range of kitchen tasks - slicing bread, peeling and cutting vegetables, preparing sausages, or general all-purpose kitchen use. The set is also practical for picnics and outdoor meals. Please note that the knives are not dishwasher safe and should be cleaned by hand to preserve the quality of the wooden handles and blades.
