This hunting and survival knife combines a durable stainless steel blade with a comfortable violet-colored hornbeam wood handle, making it a reliable companion both outdoors and in the kitchen. The blade is hardened to 55-57 HRC, giving it a good balance of edge retention and toughness, while the stainless steel construction offers high resistance to corrosion, keeping the knife performing well even in damp or demanding conditions.
With a blade length of 100 mm, a handle length of 98 mm and a total length of 198 mm, the knife has a well-balanced size that is comfortable to hold and easy to control for detailed work. Its versatility makes it suitable for a wide range of tasks, including picnics and outdoor use, as well as everyday kitchen work such as peeling vegetables, slicing cheese, cutting sausages and general food preparation.
The hornbeam wood handle provides a secure, natural grip and adds a warm, traditional look to the knife. The wood used is certified by PEFC, confirming that it comes from sustainably managed forests.
