Kershaw Knives is an American company that manufactures high-quality knives founded in 1974 in Portland, Oregon.

The history of the company is inextricably linked with the KAI Group, being a subsidiary of it since 1977. Kai USA Ltd. has three product lines: Kershaw Knives including outdoor and EDC knives , Shun Cutlery - hand-made Japanese kitchen cutlery, and Zero Tolerance - premium class knives for uniformed services and demanding customers.

Throughout its history, Kershaw has collaborated with leading custom knife designers, including the creator of the "Hall of Fame" knife - Ken Onion, Ernest Emerson, Frank Centofante, Rick Hinderer and RJ Martin.

American brand knives have repeatedly won prestigious industry awards, mainly due to innovative designs, functionality and high-quality materials.
