The blade of the Ganzo G8012 knife is made of 8Cr13MoV stainless steel, hardened to 57-58 HRC, which offers average corrosion resistance. Combined with easy sharpening, this makes the model excellently suited for use as a survival knife. The versatile drop point shape with a pronounced belly ensures good cutting performance, achieved through a flat grind. To eliminate reflections, the blade is coated with a black finish, which further protects the knife from rust. Notably, part of the spine is left uncoated - this is the notch that allows convenient use of the fire starter. The blade measures 113 mm in length and 5 mm in thickness, with a polymer handle for reliable outdoor use.

The sheath and its integrated tools deserve special attention. At the end of the sheath is a strap cutter, allowing you to safely cut a car's seatbelt in an emergency situation. Slightly above it, a diamond sharpener allows you to quickly restore the sharpness of the cutting edge. Mounted at the front of the sheath, a fire starter lets you ignite a fire together with the knife - it is not affected by moisture, so it won't let you down at the most unexpected moment.
