Ganzo G627-BK - a popular EDC knife at the Flask store
The 8Cr14MoV stainless steel used, hardened to 58 HRC, is highly corrosion resistant and holds an edge well (the ability to retain sharpness), is wear resistant, and is easy and quick to sharpen. The 8Cr14MoV steel blade is a great fit for everyday use thanks to its corrosion resistance, good edge retention, and easy sharpening, for which a simple pocket sharpener is fully sufficient. Because of these properties, an 8Cr14MoV steel knife is an ideal choice for beginner outdoor enthusiasts and for those who don't want to spend time on the lengthy, tiresome sharpening that premium steel requires.
The sturdy tip ensures blade strength and good cutting performance. The blade has a black coating that effectively hides minor scratches or wear marks from use. The jimped blade spine is slightly raised near the base, creating a comfortable thumb rest.
Liner Lock in the Ganzo folding knife - a guarantee of safety
Thanks to the flipper, the knife can be opened quickly and easily with one hand. This design makes the knife not only instantly ready for use but also comfortable for both right- and left-handed users. Once opened, the blade is secured by the Liner Lock mechanism. The locking role is played by a spring-loaded liner that presses against the blade's spine, preventing it from folding back. The Liner Lock is valued for its simplicity, reliability, and high durability.
Comfort and safety of use - every detail matters
The ergonomic handle, made of lightweight and durable PP (polypropylene) fiber, fits the hand perfectly and ensures a firm grip in any conditions, including wet or dirty hands.
The Ganzo G627-BK combines the low weight, compact size, and practicality expected from an everyday knife. Its minimalist design makes the knife modern and suited to any user's style. It's an ideal choice both for outdoor enthusiasts and for anyone looking for a sturdy tool for daily use.
