Ganzo Firebird FH41S-GB is a compact, minimalist everyday carry (EDC) folding knife featuring a D2 tool steel blade, the popular liner-lock locking system, and thin, lightweight yet durable G10 laminate handle scales.
The blade has a classic working drop-point profile with a flat grind and an optimal length of 88 mm, allowing the knife to handle a wide range of everyday tasks. It is made from tough, durable D2 tool steel, hardened to 58-60 HRC.
D2 is a highly corrosion-resistant carbon steel known for excellent wear resistance, long-lasting edge retention, and aggressive cutting performance. Diamond sharpeners are recommended for sharpening, as they significantly speed up the process.
A milled flipper element enables one-handed opening and is comfortable for both right- and left-handed users. Cross-milling on the blade spine (thumb rest) provides a firm thumb grip for stable blade control.
Once opened, the blade is secured by the popular liner-lock mechanism, valued for its strength and convenience.
The handle consists of simple black G10 laminate scales - a material resistant to mechanical impact, heat, and certain active chemicals. The knife weighs just 101 grams, so it won't weigh down your pocket or cause discomfort during everyday carry.
