The Ruike M108-TZ is a modern EDC folding knife with an 88 mm stainless steel blade, ball bearings, a dual locking system and a lightweight titanium coating.
The "Ruike M108-TZ" is a knife from the new "Premium" series, in which the manufacturer uses top-quality materials.
The knife features an 88 mm long blade made of 154CM stainless steel, valued for its high corrosion resistance, hardness, long-lasting edge retention and relatively easy sharpening. Ruike hardens the 154CM steel using a cryogenic method to an optimal working hardness of 58-60 HRC.
The flat-ground drop point blade profile ensures smooth and aggressive cutting performance.
Thanks to the milled flipper and ball bearings made of special chromed steel, known for high hardness, wear resistance and excellent fatigue resistance, the blade can be quickly deployed with one hand.
This provides very smooth, easy blade action and a high level of usability. The transverse cuts on the rear part of the blade serve as a thumb rest during use.
Working safety is ensured by two locks - a monolithic frame lock and an additional "Beta Plus" mechanism, which prevents accidental blade closure and stops the frame lock strip from over-flexing.
The knife's low weight of 110 g is due to the geometrically profiled titanium coating used. The "Ruike M108-TZ" can be discreetly carried in a pocket thanks to its deep-carry pocket clip. The titanium spacer protruding from the handle can also be used as a hammer and as a hook for paracord weaving.
