TheGanzo Firebird F7551-GR is an interesting edc folder, with a distinctive sheepfoot blade made of 440C steel, a G-lock on both sides, and an eye-catching blue finish on the peg and screws.
The knife uses a solid shapefoot blade with a flat grind, which features a distinctly descending ridge, a rather gently finished tip and an almost straight cutting edge. This shape of the blade will be perfect for planing, batoning, as well as for slicing food.
The 440C stainless steel blade retains its sharpness for a long time, is resistant to corrosion, and is also easy to sharpen in field conditions. A double-sided peg, convenient for both right- and left-handed people, is used to unfold this massive blade.
An undercut at the base of the blade and cross-milling on the back greatly improve grip and control of the knife. The G-lock is a durable and convenient one-handed mechanism.
The molded G10 laminate liners have non-slip knurling to increase grip and grip confidence. A paracord hole in the handle and a steel clip that translates to the other side are assets that a good quality edc knife can't do without.
