Who is the HHW12 addressed to?
The HHW12 is an ideal choice for people with a waist circumference exceeding 105cm. The increased adjustability of the HHW12 enables people with a waist from 46 to 125cm to train comfortably. Due to such a wide range of adjustability the equipment is also ideal as family equipment for both adults and children.
How does the HHW12 work?
The way the HHW12 works is very simple and intuitive. It is a closed loop that has a rail with an attached gravitational ball (with a load). As you make circular movements with your hips the centrifugal force begins to act; it moves the gravitational ball around the circle making the abdominal muscles and torso tensed.
Note: the clamp should be tightly closed before use.
Workout and massage in one:
By performing the 360-degree movement springs in the heads situated around the perimeter of the loop perfectly cushion the loads and adapt to the body, which causes an additional massage effect providing the body with a pleasant feeling. Three-dimensional massage technique quickly stimulates the muscles. Built-in specially designed tabs absorb shocks for a comfortable workout. Dose the intensity of the vibration due to the rotation speed.
Circuit adjustment:
Quickly and conveniently reduce or increase the size of the unit; just unplug or plug in as many elements as you need. HHW12 comprises totally 28 elements. The size can be set from 14 to 28 elements, that is, waist circumference from 48cm to 125cm (loop diameter: 26cm to 51cm). Consequently, the device will never fall off during a workout, so even beginners can use it.
Belt adjustment:
Another advantage is the ability to change the length of the gravitational ball's belt. It ranges from 24cm to 40cm. The longer the belt is, the greater the centrifugal force during a workout and hence, greater weight and higher difficulty of rotations.
Comfort of use:
The device has a structure made of high-quality PVC. The rail is set on ball bearings made of the stainless steel. All of these together make the rotation flexible and uninterrupted which further enhances the satisfaction during a workout. In addition, the gravity ball is covered with a soft rubber and is filled with sand inside; hence, it is safe for users and environment friendly.
