The Warming/Cooling Gel Beads Ankle Wrap inSPORTline Vivoan will provide relief to inflamed or strained joints. It features a pocket that’s filled with flexible gel beads that can either be heated or cooled, depending on what’s bothering you. You’ll get an amazing compress, which, thanks to the hook-and-loop strap, stays in place at all times.
You can wrap the pad around your ankle, so it will help relieve strained joints as well as a sprained ankle.
? Warming effect
Put the gel pad in the microwave and heat it for 50-60 seconds. A heated compress will help relieve your muscles and joints, and also speed up their recovery. When heated to a higher temperature, it also helps relieve pain. You can adjust the temperature yourself; the longer it’s in the microwave, the higher the temperature will be.
Use: Helps relieve stiff or sore muscles and joints
❄️ Cooling effect
On the other hand, if you put the pad in the freezer for about 2 hours, you’ll get a perfect way to reduce swelling and inflammation.
