A pleasantly thin, four-way stretch, soft and warm helmet hood made of technical fleece. Can also be worn as a tubular scarf. Ideal for active use in cold weather, such as skiing, cycling or downhill skiing.
The Thermonet Hinged Balaclava is knitted to shape using dense, warm Primaloft fleece fibre. The result is a lightweight, well-fitting helmet hood that keeps you warm, protects against wind and efficiently moves moisture away from the skin. Flat seams do not press or chafe. The lower part is easy to pull down under the chin. There is a hidden opening at the neck for a ponytail.
Thermonet® is a material developed by Buff® that combines insulating Primaloft with recycled polyester fibre to carry moisture away from the skin. The result is a lightweight, warm and breathable material. More than half of the fabric is recycled material made from plastic bottles. One recycled plastic bottle is used to make one helmet hood.
