A pleasantly thin, four-way stretch, soft and warm helmet hood made of technical fleece material. It can also be worn as a tube scarf. Ideal for active pursuits in cold weather, such as skiing, cycling or downhill skiing.
The Thermonet Hinged balaclava is shaped-knitted using dense and warm Primaloft fleece fibre. The result is a lightweight, well-fitting helmet hood that keeps you warm, protects against wind and efficiently moves moisture away from the skin. The flat seams do not press or chafe the skin. The lower part is easy to move under the chin. There is a hidden hole at the neck for a ponytail.
Thermonet is a material developed by Buff, combining insulating Primaloft with recycled polyester fibre to carry moisture away from the skin. The result is a light, warm and breathable material. More than half of the fabric is recycled material made from plastic bottles. One recycled plastic bottle is used to make a single helmet hood.
