Ball facilitation, or ball massage, is a technique developed by the Czech physiotherapist Zdena Jebava. Massage and therapy with foam balls helps mainly asthmatic children to cope with their illness. It is also suitable for relaxing the muscles of the back and chest in cases of poor posture, problems with the paranasal sinuses and similar conditions.
