MGN01 HMS PREMIUM is 100% magnesium carbonate or, in other words, magnesia.
Magnesia prevents hands from sweating and increases friction, assuring a stronger and more secure grip. Used in the gym, where sweaty hands can cause a risk of an injury. Thanks to it, when using dumbbells or a barbell we do not have to worry about possible slippery equipment.
MGN01 is powdered magnesia. Using it is very simple, just put it on your hands and rub it lightly.
It is also used in gymnastics, climbing and any sport where a firm, strong grip is essential.
