Lava stone is an indispensable helper when cooking on a stovetop, in the oven, on a grill or simply over hot embers! Food cooks evenly, does not burn, does not stick, and stays juicy and delicious. Like cast iron, lava stone distributes heat evenly and retains it for a long time. On the lava stone you can cook meat, fish, pizzas, seafood, vegetables, sausages, and even burgers and eggs.
