With these cast iron grates you can cook scrambled eggs, bacon and pancakes. One side of the cast iron grate is ribbed, while the other has a smooth surface. This is a great accessory for your grill. When you place a steak or vegetables on it, the surface of the cast iron grate stays hot. This creates a beautiful, flawless pattern, and dishes cook faster and more evenly. This half-moon plate can be used instead of standard stainless steel grates or integrated into a multifunctional two-zone cooking system.
