NAPOLI tabletop gas grill + pizza oven + grill plate

The NAPOLI grill is a free-standing gas grill that can be placed on a table, a garden kitchen counter, or another stable surface. It is an optional part of the Cattara TORINO modular outdoor kitchen. It offers a classic grill design with a grate, a griddle plate, and a pizza oven, all easily interchangeable.

The entire grill is made of stainless steel. The interchangeable top parts are secured with wing screws. For easy maintenance, the back of the grill features a pull-out tray to catch dripping fat. On the side, the grill has a gas connection with a 1 m hose and a control valve.

The first option is to use the structure with a classic stainless steel grill grate. The grate offers a grilling area of 40 x 31 cm. It is also fitted underneath with a cover that protects the burner from dripping fat.

Another option is to fit the griddle plate made of solid steel sheet with a surface of 50 x 38 cm. The plate is a home equivalent of "Teppanyaki". In the left corner, the plate has an opening located exactly above the grill's removable drawer. The drawer can be used to collect sauces and juices from food, or simply to catch fat and keep the grill clean.

The final option is to use the sturdy pizza oven structure. The oven is designed for easy use and quick pizza preparation. It offers an interior space of 44.5 x 38 cm fitted with a square cordierite pizza stone measuring 31 x 31 cm. The cordierite ensures the pizza dough is perfectly baked; hot air is also guided around the pizza through side vents and, thanks to the rounded ceiling, concentrated in the central part of the oven, ensuring perfect and quick pizza preparation.

The Napoli grill is suitable for use with the Cattara TORINO system, together forming an ideal outdoor kitchen for comfortable grilling and a more enjoyable time in the garden.
