Give your calves what they deserve. The Seated Calf Raise Machine inSPORTline X-NT SC20 offers a gentle yet extremely effective way to strengthen one of the most underrated muscle groups. Since you work out sitting down, you reduce the pressure on your knees, while being able to concentrate on the contraction and strength of the calf muscle. The bench allows you to do seated calf raises with an added weight (50-mm weight plates). However, it’s also ideal for calf raises with a shorter range of motion with an emphasis on peak contraction or, conversely, slow, eccentric phases for maximum control. Whether you’re looking to improve your explosiveness, stability or aesthetics, your legs will thank you.
Exercising on this bench is not only effective but also comfortable. The soft, 7cm-thick padding at the thigh and seat areas will keep your comfortable, even during longer sets. Thanks to the smart ergonomic design and 5-point adjustment, the bench accommodates users of all body types.
The padding is made of optimum density PE foam, which perfectly absorb shocks but also offers enough support during the workout. The upholstery has an anti-slip surface, which is resistant to moisture and mechanical damage. What’s more, it’s extremely easy to clean – all you need to clean the bench and get it ready for the next workout is a wet cloth.
The sturdy steel frame boasts a profile of 2 mm, which offers an ideal combination of firmness and weight. The frame is finished with a durable powder coating to protect it against rust and scratches, and to ensure a long lifespan, even after long-term use. Thanks to its stability, the bench can withstand even intense workouts with a heavy load, all the while boasting an elegant design suitable for both home and professional gyms.
