The Plate-Loaded Rowing Machine inSPORTline Velocer is a professional strength-training machine designed for effective strengthening of the back, shoulder, and arm muscles. Thanks to the plate-loaded system, you can adjust the resistance using Olympic weight plates, making the machine suitable for beginners, advanced users, and commercial gyms alike. The sturdy construction ensures excellent stability even under maximum load, while the independent armsallow for balanced and natural movement.
Focus on Back Muscles and Upper Body
The inSPORTline Velocer plate-loaded rowing machine primarily targets the back muscles, especially the latissimus dorsi, the middle back, and the muscles between the shoulder blades. During exercise, the rear deltoids, biceps, and forearm muscles are also engaged to assist in pulling movements. Thanks to the stable body position and chest support, the motion is isolated and focused mainly on the upper body, allowing for effective strength building, muscle growth, and overall back strength improvement.
Independent Arms for Symmetrical Muscle Development
The inSPORTline Velocer plate-loaded machine features independent moving arms, allowing each arm to work separately. This helps correct muscle imbalances and promotes even development of both strength and muscle mass.
Plate-Loaded System and Durable Construction
Resistance is provided using 50 mm Olympic weight plates, allowing precise adjustment of training intensity according to the user’s level (plates not included). The heavy-duty steel frame with a 100 × 50 × 3 mm profile ensures high stability even under heavy loads. The practical storage pegs on the frame also allow for convenient plate storage directly on the machine.
Comfort and Adjustability for Different Body Types
For maximum comfort, the machine is equipped with high-density ergonomic padding that provides firm support during the workout. The adjustable seat, with a height range of 70.5–82.8 cm, allows easy adaptation for users of different heights, so everyone can find their optimal training position.
