Leg Extension & Curl Machine Body-Solid GCEC340 Black

The Body-Solid GCEC340 allows you to perform the two most important leg exercises from one comfortable position. With its fully adjustable, 7-gauge steel cam, the Leg Extension & Curl Machine Body-Solid GCEC340 is a versatile companion that can accommodate users of all sizes, and switching between exercises is a breeze with the easy-to-adjust pop-pin! For leg curls, simply pull the jumbo pop pin and raise the lifting arm to a comfortable starting position. Then, sit down, wrapping legs over the 8-inch foam rollers, and press down to perform seated leg curl exercises. To switch to leg extensions, pull the pin again to lower the lifting arm, position your legs behind the oversized rollers, and lift and extend legs to work the quadriceps muscles. The machine also features thick, comfortable, and durable DuraFirm pads and oversized 8-inch foam rollers for maximum comfort during the workout. These pads and rollers are designed to withstand heavy use, avoid tears and scuffs, and, best of all, are easy to clean after sweaty workouts.
