Fenix TK20R V2.0 Tactical Flashlight

The flashlight body is made of anodized aerospace-grade aluminum A6061-T6, making it lightweight and resistant to mechanical damage. The cross-hatched surface pattern prevents the flashlight from slipping out of the hand and gives it a modern look.

The optical system is protected by raised elements on the head (a crown) that shield the glass in the event of a drop or when placed on an uneven surface. A removable spring clip allows the flashlight to be attached to a belt, backpack, or bag so it remains easily accessible.

The flashlight is 153 mm long and weighs 204 g with the 21700 5000 mAh battery, making it convenient to carry on a belt or mount on a weapon without significantly increasing the carbine's weight. The Fenix TK20R UE meets IP68 protection requirements, meaning it is resistant to drops from a height of 1 m, dust and fine particle ingress, and full submersion in water. With this functionality, the Fenix TK20R UE will be a reliable tool for tactical and outdoor use.

The light source is a next-generation LUMINUS SST70 LED, emitting a maximum light output of 2800 lumens at a distance of up to 465 m. The white light color reduces eye strain, ensures more natural color rendering, and improves detail visibility. The flashlight uses anti-reflective glass with high light transmittance and a smooth SMO reflector, allowing efficient illumination of distant objects.

The Fenix TK20R UE produces a focused beam with an intense, narrow angle. These characteristics allow it to illuminate distant areas while also working effectively in enclosed spaces, making the Fenix TK20R UE well suited for patrol and rescue operations. A flashlight of this power and range will be appreciated by uniformed officers, firefighters, and rescuers looking for uncompromising working tools. The Fenix TK20R UE is also a versatile flashlight for hunters or travelers, proving invaluable outdoors.

Fenix Tactical Flashlights

The flashlight is powered by a 21700-type cell with a capacity of 5000 mAh. The battery used has nearly double the capacity of a standard 18650 cell, which clearly contributes to a longer runtime.

The Fenix TK20R UE has a built-in USB-C port, allowing the cell to be charged without an additional charger. A standard USB-C cable (included) and a power source such as a power bank, laptop, desktop computer, or car USB charger are all that's needed for charging. According to the manufacturer, the 21700 battery provides up to 170 minutes of total runtime in turbo mode at 2800 lumens. Charging the battery from 1% to 100% should take no longer than 3.5 hours. Two springs in the battery compartment ensure stable operation and protect against power interruptions caused by drops or weapon recoil.

The flashlight offers 4 continuous light modes: turbo, high, medium, low, and 1 flashing mode: strobe. This allows precise adjustment of light output to the situation and needs. The flashlight is controlled via the FlexiSensa system, based on a highly tactile button and a mode-switching ring. This design enables a patrol mode, which cycles through the modes mentioned above, or a tactical mode, which allows quick activation of the most powerful turbo output or a blinding strobe.

The TK20R UE is easy to use, and learning the interface takes only a few minutes. The TK20R UE flashlight uses an LED indicator to inform the user of the battery charge level. A hidden LED, visible only when the head is partially unscrewed, provides real-time battery level information. This feature only works when using the rechargeable Fenix ARB-L21 21700 battery.

Battery level indication:

• solid green light: 100-85%
• blinking green light: 85-50%
• solid red light: 50-25%
• blinking red light: 25-1%

The flashlight remembers the last brightness level used. When turned on again, it automatically activates in that mode (memory function). The flashlight also features IPO (Intelligent Overheat Protection), which prevents the flashlight's surface from overheating (max. 60°C), and APF (Advanced Transmission Technology), which reduces the electronics' sensitivity to interference.
