Looking for a reliable bike trainer for home riding? You've got it! The inSPORTline Alfan offers a stable design, an adjustable frame and all the basic training functions - but it also relies on manual controls so it doesn't have to be plugged into electricity!
You'll be able to see the readings you take during your workout on the simple display , and you can even check your heart rate thanks to the sensors in the handles. There's also a tablet holder under the display so you can surf the internet or watch interesting videos during your workout.
To change the workload, just turn the control knob to smoothly select the level that suits you. If you want to stop immediately, then press the knob down and the machine will brake safely.
This cycle trainer (in black) can be connected to a smartphone or tablet using Bluetooth and a mobile app. Through it, you can then extend the range of exercises on the machine.
