Magnetic resistance system
The M5560i magnetic bike from HMS is an innovative full-body workout machine. The bike uses magnetic resistance, which is automatically adjusted depending on the speed of pedalling. The faster you pedal, the greater the resistance provided by the flywheel. This type of bike is characterised by quiet and smooth operation, easy control and no possibility of overheating.
Adjustable resistance
The M5560i bike also has a 8-stage resistance adjustment that allows the user to select the level of difficulty of the workout. The resistance is adjusted using a dial located on the bike console. Each resistance level corresponds to a different range of force required to overcome the magnetic resistance. Adjusting the resistance allows you to tailor your workout to your own abilities and preferences, and to increase or decrease the intensity of your exercise as you go.
Computer
The M5560i magnetic bike is equipped with a special computer that tracks and displays the most important parameters of your workout, such as time, distance, speed, pulse and calories burned. It also has a bluetooth function so you can connect to your smartphone or tablet and use the Kinomap app.
LCD display
The machine works with heart rate sensors located on the bike's handles, which provide an accurate measurement of your pulse. The computer also has a large and easy-to-read LCD display that shows all data in real time. It is easy to use, with several buttons and functions such as set, mode and reset.
Kinomap app
The M5560i magnetic bike is compatible with the Kinomap app, which allows you to enjoy an interactive and motivating workout. The Kinomap app offers access to thousands of cycling routes from around the world, which you can view on your device screen. The Kinomap app is available for Android and iOS, as well as for smart TVs and computers.
How do I connect to the Kinomap app?
Download the app to your device. Then, under 'Devices', select 'Equipment management'. Select the type of machine you are using (in this case an exercise bike). Then search for the FTMS brand and use the bluetooth function to find your equipment (the bike must be in use at the time). Once you have found the equipment, give it a name and enter the HMS brand. Finally, save and confirm by clicking 'add new equipment'.
Easy to transport
The M5560i magnetic bike is easy to store and move as it has special transport wheels. You can easily move the bike to any location and position it as it suits you. The bike is stable and sturdy, so you don't have to worry about your safety.
