Size information
Before buying, measure your head circumference and use it to choose the right helmet size. It is recommended to measure with a string about 1.5 cm above the ears.

Technologies
MIPS is an acronym for Multi-Directional Impact Protection System, an innovative technology that can be used in helmets for a wide range of purposes. MIPS was developed to make helmets safer against angled impacts, both in leisure and outdoor sports (mountaineering, mountain biking and motorcycling) and in the workplace. MIPS is a movable layer integrated inside the protective helmet, closer to the surface of the head. This sliding layer is not rigidly fixed but can move back and forth by 10-15 millimetres. In a side impact, this range of movement allows the helmet structure to redirect the rotational force away from the user's head and brain through a sliding motion. As a result, protective helmets with the MIPS system provide a higher level of protection for the wearer than conventional helmets.
